Apt 411 · Luxury Condo w/Pool access In Ybor City Tampa

Great trip! Positive: It was very welcoming and clean. Negative: Nothing. It was a great stay and we loved the location.

Positive: Einfacher Check-in! Ausreichend Platz und zwei Badezimmer! Gute Parkmöglichkeit im Objekt!

Positive: Nous avons apprécié de loger dans un appartement avec deux chambres séparées et ayant chacune leur salle d’eau. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. C'est aussi très utile d’avoir une machine à laver et sèche-linge à dispo. Nous avons également aimé la piscine et pouvoir nous garer dans l’immeuble. Enfin, nous remercions les hôtes pour leur réactivité et sympathie chacun de nos messages. Negative: L’insonorisation n’est pas au top, il faut faire bien attention à ne pas parler trop fort le soir.

Very uncomfortable stay due to apartment not being clean Positive: The location is by Ybor street and not too far from downtown. Also the parking garage was convenient Negative: The property wasn’t clean upon arrival kitchen floor needed to be swept/mop. The fridge has a large stain in the inside. Glasses in the cabinet weren’t clean. The carpet floor needed to be vacuum and a deep clean. Sheets in the bed was suspect on if it was even clean. The night stand in master room had a large food stain. Instructions on how trash pick up would be. It never happened we were force to keep our trash the entire stay! Upon entering the home had a bad odor
