Apt 408 · Luxury Condo w/Pool access in Ybor City Tampa

Goed voor gepensioneerde mensen maar zeker niet voor gezinnen. Positive: Locatie was in orde. Het appartement op zich was ok! Negative: Het is geen verblijf om er met kinderen op vakantie te gaan. Voor het minste wordt er via berichten/mails gedreigd met boetes. Kinderen mogen in het zwembad geen plezier maken of je krijgt een waarschuwing dat er een boete boven uw hoofd hangt. Hierdoor was onze vakantie heel stresserend.

Positive: The apartment was beautiful and stocked nicely with basic supplies. Everything was comfortable clean. Negative: The location didn't feel safe. We parked in a place where we could see the car from the apt.

Positive: It was quite and clean

Spacious, clean, and cozy! Positive: Amenities on site were good. The floor I stayed on was quiet (residents, not train). Negative: I didn't check on details about the train schedule and walkability to downtown where my conference was held. I ended up using Lyft services to get around. I arrived over a weekend and the train came through between 11:30 - 12:00AM on Saturday, then again on Sunday it was close to 10PM. The remainder of the week it was usually done by 9:30. The first two nights it was concerning due to my early schedule, as it woke me up on both occasions. Luckily they have free coffee on site!
