Apt 408 · Luxury Condo w/Pool access in Ybor City Tampa

Positive: Die Lage ist einfach top, das Auto konnten wir in der Garage parken, der Pool war sauber und beheizt. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, auf Nachfragen bekam man schnellstens Antworten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Beautiful apartment Positive: Very secured, very well organized, plenty of space for 4 people. Very clean inside, great amenities especially the gym. Negative: Only one downside is the dryer is extremely noisy when it is on. We try to accommodate the time when we are out to put it on.

Get it booked! Great value, leaving more money in your pocket to explore Tampa! Positive: Everything about this property is spot on. Easy to access, safe parking (over in the other condo), quiet apartment, comfortable, great furniture, and everything you need. There’s a great brewery across the road for easy evening drinks and food. It’s also easy to get Ubers from. I can’t recommend it enough. I read some previous reviews and only noticed the outside smell from the water works slightly once, never inside. The area itself is fine. Would I go out walking the surrounding streets in the evenings by myself? No. But would I do that where I live in the UK? Also no. This place is excellent value for the beautiful living space you get. You won’t regret booking here. Negative: The instructions come across a little intense, but that’s more the wording, they all make perfect sense and are easy to follow if you review them in advance. We had to nip up and get the fob for the garage to get into the car park, but that only took a few minutes. I honestly can’t find fault.
