Exclusive 1BR/1BA unit in Miami Sunshine

Ottima alternativa agli hotel Positive: Abbiamo scelto questa soluzione per la fantastica posizione e per il rapporto qualità prezzo. L’appartamento è ampio e comodo, con un grande living, bagno, angolo lavanderia e camera da letto. Si trova in un condominio con vari servizi tra cui parcheggio privato, piscina, palestra, minigolf e portineria h24. La strada in cui si trova è piena di ristoranti e bar, nelle vicinanze ci sono due supermercati ed un centro commerciale. Negative: Letto enorme ma, a mio parere, scomodo. Poco insonorizzato, si sentiva il traffico stradale nonostante fosse al 9^ piano, e quello aereo.

Si la idea es alojarse en un apartamento, no lo dudes, este es tu lugar! Positive: Excelente apartamento, tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea perfecta. Ubicado en un noveno piso, la cocina es espaciosa y completa, tiene wifi de primera, estacionamiento privado en el 4to piso y una vista espectacular de los atardeceres en Miami. El barrio es bastante nuevo, se llama Miami Design District (muy parecido a Palermo Soho en Bs As), por lo que esta rodeado de restaurantes y bares excelentes. A 2 cuadras hay un Target que te permite comprar provisiones sin tener que desplazarte demasiado. La comunicacion y el check in/out son muy faciles y fluidas, solo tienes que seguir las intrucciones... Super recomedado! Negative: Nada, el apartamento es pefecto. Solo a tener en cuenta que no esta ubicado en Miami Beach, con lo cual la playa queda algo lejos. Pero nosotros no lo tomamos en consideración. Por calidad / precio es la mejor opcion.

More for professionals, not a party building Negative: The only downside but I already knew when I booked is there is no water view and I tend to get rentals with a nice view.

A beautiful, comfortable, and well-located apartment, but be aware of the lack of cooperation from one building staff me Positive: The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent — close to everything — which made the stay very convenient. Mariana was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the apartment is comfortable and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Negative: The only negative point concerns a building staff member who was not flexible or helpful. An unpleasant situation happened when the door closed with the keys left inside; instead of assisting with understanding, she required a $50 payment just to open the door. Her attitude felt cold and not service-oriented, which made the moment stressful.

Would book again and highly recommend for people staying in Miami. Positive: The Location was perfect! Apartment was such a big size as well and had everything you could ask for. I would highly recommend! Negative: Nothing!
